Teens as Tech Savvy Individuals
As a teenager who belongs to the generation Z(GenZ) being techsmart or techsavvy in our language is not so bizzarre at all because in this digital times being techsavvy is not a skill to learn but an embedded gene to us that simply stays until we are old enough to indulge and use technologies and is developed differently, fast or slow paced depending on the person on how they would develop into a proficient person not just techsavvy. I as an individual born into the era where digital technology is fast faced developing and existent in every part of our day to day lives , however I am not a type of person that would proficiently operate a certain technology device real quick because I have to learn and explore some parts of it because I was not born in a well-off family that could not afford to buy digital products because our income was not that enough to buy a digital product and sustain our daily needs all at the same time. I only knew phones were existent back then when I was already 12 years old and just graduated 6th grade, and I only knew games back then and I started from there and I can say that I improved a lot, from being a newbie into a techsavvy that I am right now, and its not only because of the experience but ofcourse this is also a big shout out to education itself where I learned how to operate digital products correctly and also internet and offline apps that I could make use of in many fields such as education, communication, bussiness and other corporate works, in the future during work as a nurse and also I could share the knowledge I have to others which is indeed a fruitful act. Also because nowadays and in the future, all the things are possibly made to be tech operating and therefore,we should be tech equipped with the knowledge and skills to operate one.
